WE ARE A N.A. HISTORY MUSEUM & RECOVERY CLUBHOUSE WHERE WE CAN GATHER TO GET AND MAINTAIN OUR RECOVERY FROM ADDICTION.
“The Carry the Message Museum and Alano JFT Clubhouse" will be the first of its kind, dedicated to preserving and showcasing the history, development, and impact of Narcotics Anonymous, including the Legacy of the Predecessors of Narcotics Anonymous. We want to Carry the Message to the Addict who still suffers and build their Spirits with Love and Education. Our Clubhouse will be a State-of-the-Art Clubhouse with NA Meeting Space, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Massage Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Step Studies, Arcade, Dance Hall, Catering Hall for Speaker Jams and Comedy Shows, and a Coffee & Snack Shop. Where the Spirit can be Healed and we can be Productive Citizens of Society.

The purpose for which the corporation was organized is:
We are a N.A. History Museum & Recovery JFT Clubhouse where we can gather to get and maintain our recovery from addiction. Our aim is to provide an immersive educational experience that inspires visitors, engages local communities, and empowers current and or future members affected by addiction.
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, scientific, and educational purposes provided for under section 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise.
No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, it’s members, trustees, officers or other private persons except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of it’s purposes.
No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in. or intervene in (including the preparation of distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. The corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under Section 170 c (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).
In the event of dissolution of this corporation, it’s assets shall only be distributed to organizations which enjoy exempt status in accordance with the provisions of Section 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).

The Carry the Message Museum & Alano JFT Clubhouse, Inc. has been serving the recovery community in South Florida Marin since 2024. The club operations are funded exclusively through meeting rent, membership dues and direct donations.
